Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
HCR 34 (page 2846).                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of HCR 34 be taken up on the same day.  There being                                                             
no objection, it was so ordered.

    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 231,                                                               
    relating to the Alaska housing trust fund and to the Alaska                                                                 
    Council on the Homeless.
